Physical Examination
Students registering for Athletics must have a current (completed in the last 365 days) physical examination form uploaded in the registration system. We do not accept paper forms.
Physical Form- Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of the last exam.
Athletes will not be cleared to participate in practice/tryouts until registration- including a current physical and payment on MSB is complete.
Want to play sports for Rock Canyon but you do not attend RCHS? Athletic OLR application will not open until July 2025- please check back then
If you are a resident of Douglas County but your student attends a private school, charter school, or is home schooled but would like to play a sport at Rock Canyon because their school does not offer the sport, they must complete an Athletic Line of Enrollment to complete payment in MSB. Please register for the sport at the above Athletic Registration link and then complete the Athlete Only enrollment linked below. This step must be completed before payment can be made for students attending a school other than Rock Canyon.
